Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required within 5 days of confirmation via bank transfer to the following HUF account: B1237 Kft., MBH Bank, IBAN: 1030002-13262984-00014909, (HUF)or via Szép Card (an advance invoice will be issued).
  • The remaining 50% must be paid by arrival via bank transfer or upon check-out at the reception using cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), or Szép Card (Hotel Halászkert, Badacsonytomaj).Hotel Halászkert, BadacsonytomajAlternatively, 100% prepayment is also accepted.
  • REFERENCE: BOOKING NAME, HOME ADDRESS OF THE ARRIVING/BOOKING PERSON (After the transfer, please send the payment receipt to us via email!)
  • We are unable to refund the value of services ordered but not used (e.g., breakfast/dinner).
  • All cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing to hello@hotelhalaszkert.hu .
  • In case of cancellation before the arrival date:
  • Up to the 16th day before arrival: Free of charge.
  • Between the 15th and 4th day: 50% of the booking value will be charged as a penalty.
  • Between the 3rd and 0th day, in case of no-show, later arrival, or earlier departure: 100% of the booking value will be charged as a penalty.
  • The deposit paid by Szép Card cannot be refunded in case of cancellation; instead, a voucher will be issued according to the cancellation terms.
